Seasons Buffet | 11 am – 9 pm
Enjoy items from all of the best live-action stations such as soup and salad. The Carving Station features carved New York Strip, red wine demi, rosemary & herb-roasted turkey, brown sugar & honey glazed salmon, and cola glazed bone-in ham. Holiday favorites deep-fried Cajun turkey, cornbread-lobster & roasted corn dressing, lemon glazed sweet potatoes, braised leg of lamb, risotto cakes, oysters on the half shell and many more. Save room for the Dessert Station filled with hand-scooped ice cream, assorted pastries, cookies, pies, and cakes, all for $24.99 with Silverton Rewards Card.

Mi Casa Grill Cantina | 11 am – 9 pm
Enjoy a three-course meal beginning with your choice of house mixed greens or albondigas soup, followed by your entrée of roasted turkey with mole served alongside spicy rice, chorizo stuffing, and black beans. Complete with churros for dessert for $15.99. Skip the turkey and enjoy your choice of 12 oz. prime rib for $26 or 14 oz. prime rib for $29, served with cilantro smashed potatoes and Mexican street corn.

Sundance Grill | 11 am-midnight
Enjoy a three-course meal beginning with your choice of soup or salad before diving into your entrée of sliced dark and white meat turkey, mashed potatoes and giblet turkey grave with green bean almandine and candied yams. Make room for dessert with your choice of pecan or pumpkin pie all for $15.99.
