Dad-Approved Dining at Silverton Casino

This Father’s Day, treat Dad to a meal that’s as bold as he is. From massive steaks to spicy sips and craveable sides, we’re serving up specials across Silverton that are guaranteed to hit the spot.

Mi Casa Grill Cantina
4PM – 9PM

Fire up the fiesta for Father’s Day! Dad can kick things off with Camarones al Mojo de Ajo, jumbo shrimp in a rich garlic chipotle sauce with grilled lemon and charred red endive.

Then it’s time to get serious with the Carne Asada Ribeye, a house-marinated, bone-in 14oz ribeye stacked with chicharrónes, guacamole salsa, roasted corn esquite, and all the extras.

Don’t forget dessert: the Chamango Terrine layers mango sorbet, chamoy, Tajín, and lime for the perfect sweet heat combo.

And to wash it all down? The Cantarito Michelada, a house michelada mix, Dad’s choice of beer, and a shrimp skewer on top. Yep, it’s a whole vibe.

Keep it classic with a flavorful twist at Sundance. The 14oz Coffee-Crusted NY Steak comes paired with truffle steak fries, garlic spinach, and port-braised shallots. It’s rich, hearty, and fully dad-worthy. Includes your choice of house salad or soup, because we like to keep things balanced.

Twin Creeks Steakhouse
3PM – 8PM

When only the biggest, boldest steak will do, Twin Creeks delivers. The 28oz Porterhouse Steak is the star of the show, topped with blooming onion butter, haystack onions, and finished with a punch of salsa verde.
