Guests will enjoy items from all of the best live-action stations such as soup and salad. The Carving Station features Cajun Smoked Turkey Breast, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Andouille Sausage, and Root Beer Glazed Bone-in ham.  Seasonal entrees include Stuffed Crab Remoulade, Muffulettas, Creole Shrimp, Bacon Cheddar Grits, and BBQ Cedar Planked Salmon. Southern favorites include Sweet Potato Casserole, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens & Hocks, Southern Fried Chicken, Honey Buttered Biscuits, Corn Bread Muffins, Smothered Pork Chops, Black Eyed Peas, Dirty Rice, Hickory Smoked Ribs, and Gumbo. Save room for the Dessert Station filled with pecan pie, sweet potato pie, king cake, banana pudding, strawberry tall cake and more!
