With so much up in the air in light of the measures that are being taken to flatten the curve of the coronavirus, COVID-19, we wanted to address a few frequently asked questions that we have received from our valued friends and family during our temporary closure.
Will you be opening on May 1, 2020?
We are currently planning on the reopening after the mandate has been lifted, but are aware that in the current climate this date could be pushed and will adapt if and when that happens.
How can I cancel my reservation for April?
All reservations for April have been automatically canceled and refunds are being issued.
Am I still able to book my future stay?
Yes! Simply head to www.silvertoncasino.com to book your next stay with us.
What’s the first date you are accepting room reservations?
May 1, 2020, is the first date we are accepting room reservations. This may change in the event that the temporary closure mandate is extended to a later date.
What changes can we expect on our next visit?
We’ve taken this time to improve your stay and make it even more enjoyable. We’ve completely resurfaced Sway Pool, just in time to soak up the sun this summer. We’ve also updated the flooring surrounding our aquarium to make your next visit to see our mermaids even more magical.
Will my offers from the end of March still be valid?
Yes. The offers from the last two weeks of March will be available for you to use starting the first week we are open. You will receive a rewards mailer in the mail to remind you what those offers were.
Will you honor the last 4 days of Pirates and Pearls Pull tabs?
The Pirates and Pearls Pull Tabs promotion will be transferred into a kiosk swipe n’ win that will be available once we open. Your rewards mailer will contain the dates when you can redeem your prizes.
What happens to my tier status?
The earning period for tier status will be extended to Dec 31, 2020. There will not be a tier downgrade on July 1, 2020. You will be able to keep your tier status until the end of the year. If you earn the required points to maintain your current status or earn up to the next tier you will be able to keep that tier status until June 30, 2021
