Sundance Grill | 11 am-midnight | $23.99
Celebrate the final hours of 2019 with a three-course menu. For starters, choose between soup or salad. Then, dine on grilled petit filet of beef topped with sautéed shrimp scampi, roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. Finish off the evening with a delicious Grand Marnier soaked pound cake & raspberry trifle topped with Chambord whipped cream.
Twin Creeks Steakhouse | 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm | $65
Celebrate the final hours of 2019 at Twin Creeks Steakhouse with a three-course menu. Start with your choice Pork Ragu, house made pasta sheets, burrata cream, shaved black truffles or charred octopus with white bean puree, fingerling potatoes, roasted tomatoes and pickled shallots. For the main course, feast on your choice of bone-in 12oz filet served with a fried egg, osetra caviar, and béarnaise or lobster thermidor served with mushrooms, asparagus, leeks, and white wine cream sauce. To complete this delicious New Year’s Eve dinner, passion fruit tart with fresh berries or chocolate crème brulee with torched meringue and graham cracker dust will be served. This menu is offered for $65 per person and includes a glass of house red or white wine. Reservations are recommended.
Mi Casa Grill Cantina| 4 pm – 10 pm | $36
Celebrate the last day of 2019 at Mi Casa Grill Cantina with a three-course menu. Start with your choice of coctel de camaron or ahi tuna tostada. For the main course, feast on a 12 oz. bone-in ribeye with ½ grilled lobster, steak fries and Mexican street corn. To complete this delicious New Year’s Eve dinner enjoy a molten chocolate lava cake. This menu is offered for $36 per person. Reservations are recommended.
Seasons Buffet | 11 am – 10 pm | $41.99 with Silverton Rewards Club Card
Kick off a night of celebrations at Seasons Buffet on New Year’s eve. Guests will enjoy items from all of the best live-action stations such as soup and salad. The Carving Station features coffee-crusted New York strip, hot smoked BBQ salmon and rosemary crusted turkey. Seasonal entrees include Cajun broiled oysters, clam bake, sake and ginger wok-fried mussels, crawfish boil, Cajun boiled corn and red potatoes, lobster tacos with passion-fruit-tomato chutney with charred avocado, shrimp scampi, stuffed crab, oven-roasted lobster tails, crab cake stuffed lobster tails and lobster mac n’ cheese. Save room for the Dessert Station filled with hand-scooped ice cream, assorted pastries, cookies, pies, and cakes.
